JDRF is a very well-known diabetes organization: and for good reason! JDRF works towards a cure for diabetes, both Type 1 and Type 2. They also organize various charitable events for diabetes research and aid!

ADA is a similarly well-known organization, also for good reason! They work to better the lives of those who are affected by diabetes, while also working to prevent and eventually cure diabetes.

The Diabetes Advocacy Alliance is a group of people who work to elevate diabetic issues to national scale and policy! Since 2010, they’ve been working to reform the U.S. healthcare system.

The CDC Division of Diabetes Translation is pretty important-you can tell just by the fact that it’s part of the CDC! They work to essentially ‘translate’ research on diabetes into practical, real-world advice.
